This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose information when you visit kidscornerstudio.com, submit an inquiry, subscribe to our newsletter, book a consultation or otherwise communicate with us.

Kids Corner Studio is based in Los Angeles, California and currently provides services and consultations for qualified commercial projects located within the United States.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with the website.

Information you provide through an inquiry

When you submit a project inquiry, we may collect:

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client, design, consulting or other professional-services relationship.

Please do not submit government identification numbers, financial account credentials, medical information, information identifying children, or other sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.

Consultation and scheduling information

When you book or request a consultation, we may collect:

  • Scheduling preferences

Consultation scheduling is provided through Calendly. Payment is processed through PayPal.

KCS does not receive or store your complete PayPal password, bank-account credentials or complete payment-card details. PayPal processes payment information according to its own privacy practices.

Newsletter information

If you voluntarily subscribe to the KCS newsletter, we may collect:

  • Your name, if requested
  • Subscription date and source
  • Consent or confirmation status
  • Email delivery, opening or interaction information made available through our newsletter provider

A project inquiry, consultation booking, direct message, historical email, contract or other business interaction does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in a newsletter email.

3. Inquiry-Source and Campaign Tracking

We may record the page where an inquiry was submitted, the referring page or website and campaign parameters included in a link.

For example, a link from Instagram, LinkedIn, a newsletter or another campaign may contain tags such as utm_source, utm_medium or utm_campaign. These help us understand which business-development activities generate qualified inquiries.

Referrer and source information may be unavailable when blocked by a browser, privacy setting, extension or other technical limitation. When the source cannot be determined, we may classify it as “Direct” or “Unknown.”

We do not use inquiry-source information as proof that a person consented to marketing.

6. Inquiry Forms and WPForms

Our inquiry form is powered by WPForms within our WordPress website.

Form submissions may be:

  • Sent to authorized KCS business email accounts
  • Processed through our website and email-delivery systems
  • Recorded with an inquiry identification number
  • Included in website or email logs needed for delivery and security

If WPForms Lite Connect is enabled, an encrypted backup of the submission may be stored temporarily on WPForms-operated systems. WPForms states that Lite Connect backups may remain for up to one year unless restored through an upgrade or otherwise removed according to its service settings.

7. Newsletter and Hostinger Reach

Our newsletter signup and email-marketing activities may be operated through Hostinger Reach.

When you subscribe, your email address and related subscription information may be processed by Hostinger for contact management, email delivery, reporting, unsubscribe handling and suppression.

You can unsubscribe using the link included in marketing emails. We may retain a limited suppression record to ensure that we do not unintentionally resubscribe or email an address that has unsubscribed.

8. Calendly

We use Calendly to display available appointment times and schedule consultations.

When you interact with an embedded Calendly calendar or Calendly booking page, Calendly may collect information such as your name, email address, appointment selection, time zone, booking responses, device information and technical identifiers.

KCS determines why consultation-booking information is collected and how it is used for KCS appointments. Calendly processes information according to its role and its own privacy practices.

9. PayPal

Consultation payments are processed through PayPal.

PayPal may collect and process payment information, identity information, device information, transaction information and fraud-prevention information. Payment processing is subject to PayPal’s terms and privacy practices.

KCS may receive limited information from PayPal, such as:

  • Payer name and contact information
  • Payment status
  • Amount paid
  • Transaction identifier
  • Payment date
  • Refund, dispute or chargeback status
  • Fees and net amount received

KCS does not control how PayPal independently collects or processes information.

10. Hosting, Security and Email Delivery

Our website is hosted through Hostinger and operates using WordPress. Hosting providers may process technical information required to deliver, maintain, back up and secure the website.

We also use Wordfence or related security technologies to detect malicious activity, block unauthorized access and protect website systems. These services may process IP addresses, request information, browser details and security-event information.

  • A limited unsubscribe or suppression record may be retained after unsubscribing.
  • Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.
  • Security logs are retained according to security and hosting settings.
  • WPForms Lite Connect backups, if enabled, may be retained for up to one year according to WPForms.
  • Information may be retained longer when necessary for an active dispute, investigation, legal obligation or protection of legal rights.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize or securely dispose of it.
