Prepare for Your Consultation

  2. Identify your two or three most important questions.
  3. Provide the project location and approximate square footage.
  4. Submit available plans, photographs, inspiration images, or vendor information.
  5. Send documents at least 24 hours before the meeting.

You may include a shared Google Drive or Dropbox link in the Calendly booking questions or reply to the confirmation email with your files.

Consultation Questions

Yes. You may submit your current floor plan before the meeting. Please identify the specific areas, concerns, or decisions you want to discuss so we can use the consultation time efficiently.

No formal drawings, floor plans, renderings, specifications, or written design packages are included. The consultation provides live professional guidance. Formal deliverables require a separate design-service agreement.

Yes. Relevant business partners or project-team members may attend. We recommend limiting attendance to key decision-makers so the conversation remains focused.

Yes. Consultations are held virtually and are available to clients throughout the United States and internationally. Calendly will display available times according to your local time zone.

Submit your primary questions along with any available floor plans, photographs, inspiration images, property information, or vendor proposals. Materials should be provided at least 24 hours before the meeting.

Use the rescheduling link in your Calendly confirmation email. Rescheduling and cancellation are subject to the policy displayed during booking. Avoid specifying a separate timeframe here unless the Calendly policy has been finalized.

The consultation is best for focused questions, professional review, or early guidance. If you need space planning, design concepts, material selections, 3D visualizations, drawings, or ongoing project support, submit a project inquiry through the Start Your Project form.

The consultation is a separate professional service. It is not automatically credited toward a future design project unless Kids Corner Studio confirms that arrangement in writing.
