Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy

By booking this consultation, you agree to the Kids Corner Studio Booking, Cancellation, Rescheduling, Refund, and Privacy Terms below.

This is a 30-minute virtual consultation for commercial child-centered projects located in the United States. The $50 USD consultation fee must be paid through PayPal before the appointment is confirmed.

You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. One rescheduling request is permitted without an additional consultation fee. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and missed appointments are nonrefundable. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a missed appointment. A late arrival does not extend the scheduled ending time.

If Kids Corner Studio must cancel the appointment, you may choose a new appointment time or receive a full refund.

Please submit any floor plans or relevant project information at least 24 hours before the appointment. Do not submit confidential personal, medical, financial, or children’s information.

The consultation provides general professional design guidance and discussion. It does not include drawings, construction documents, engineering, code approval, permitting, legal advice, contractor services, or a guarantee of project results. The consultation fee is not automatically credited toward future services.

Sessions may not be recorded without written agreement from everyone participating.

Your information is handled according to the Kids Corner Studio Privacy Policy. Scheduling information is also processed under the Calendly Privacy Notice, and payment information is processed under the PayPal Privacy Statement.
