Nature Inspired Indoor Play Lobby
The Tree Spot is a nature inspired indoor play lobby designed to bring the feeling of the outdoors into a child-friendly interior space. At the center of the design is a large sculptural tree that becomes the main focal point, creating a sense of wonder as soon as families enter.
The design uses soft colors, natural wood textures, rounded forms, and gentle lighting to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Instead of feeling like a typical waiting area, the lobby becomes a playful environment where children can sit, read, explore, and feel comfortable.
A Tree as the Heart of the Space
The large tree feature gives the lobby a strong identity. Its branches extend across the ceiling, helping define the space and making the room feel imaginative and memorable. The tree also creates a natural gathering point where children and families can pause, relax, and connect.
Around the tree, soft seating and curved platforms create comfortable places for children to sit, read, and observe. These spaces support both quiet moments and light play, making the lobby feel balanced and family-friendly.
Calm Colors and Playful Details
The color palette uses greens, blues, soft pinks, and warm wood tones to create a gentle nature-inspired setting. These colors help the space feel fresh and playful without becoming too overwhelming.
Playful lighting, wall details, and soft circular forms add visual interest while keeping the design clean and welcoming. Reading nooks and cozy corners give children small places to settle, while open seating areas support parents and caregivers.
